Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
